NOTES:
I would suggest working on the limbs, and "collar" first, as you'll be sewing them on before you close the body up.
MC - Magic Circle (if you haven't mastered the magic circle, an alternative would be to chain 3 join together and crochet inside the circle)
SC - Single Crochet
SC2TO - Single Crochet Two Together
** - Repeat everything between astriks.
If you are unsure of any of the stitches above, there are some great tutorials on Youtube that will walk you through how to do them.
Make sure to move your stitch markers at the end of each round, there will be many reminders as it's pretty important you do so.

LIMBS:
Starting with a MC
RND1: SC 6 in MC
RND2: 2 SC in each ST around
RND3: *SC in next ST, 2 SC in next*
RND4-15: SC in each ST around
Add your stuffing, and sew your limb together so the top flattens out

COLLAR:

With pink Chan 22, and join to the first CH
SC in each ST around fastening off

HEAD and BODY:

Don't forget to move the stitch marker into the last stitch after each round!
Start with a MC
RND1: SC 6 inside MC, add stitch marker in last stitch from here on out (DO NOT JOIN, continue working in the round)
RND2: 2 SC in each ST around, add marker
RND3: *SC in next ST, 2 SC in next*
RND4: *SC in next 2 ST, 2 SC in next*
RND5: *SC in next 3 ST, 2 SC in next*
RND6: *SC in next 4 ST, 2 SC in next*
RND7: *SC in next 5 ST, 2 SC in next*
RND8: *SC in next 6 ST, 2 SC in next*
RND9: *SC in next 7 ST, 2 SC in next*
RND10: *SC in next 8 ST, 2 SC in next*
RND11: *SC in next 9 ST, 2 SC in next*
RND12: *SC in next 10 ST, 2 SC in next*
RND13-27: Sc in each ST around

Now we are going to start decreasing our stitches

RND28: *SC in next 10 ST, SC2TO*
RND29: *SC in next 9 ST, SC2TO*
RND30: *SC in next 8 ST, SC2TO*
RND31: *SC in next 7 ST, SC2TO*
RND32: *SC in next 6 ST, SC2TO*
RND33:*SC in next 5 ST, SC2TO*
RND34: *SC in next 4 ST, SC2TO*
RND35: *SC in next 3 ST, SC2TO*
At this point you are going to add the stuffing to the head, and sew on your button and your mouth.
WITH BROWN/BLACK: To sew on the mouth, I just did random weaves to create a "rough" smile, and I just made random pink stitches.
WITH YELLOW: For the eyes I used a large 4 hole button (I just went from one hole across to the other one)  and a small 4 hole (making an "X" pattern.
add your stuffing last, it will make it easier to sew your pieces.
RND36-38: SC in each ST around.
Increases are going to begin again
RND39: *SC in next 3 ST, 2 SC in next ST*
RND40: *SC in next 4 ST, 2 SC in next ST*
RND41: *SC in next 5 ST, 2 SC in next ST*
RND42: *SC in next 6 ST, 2 SC in next ST*
RND43-48: SC in each St around
The end is near, promise.
RND49: *SC in next 6 ST, SC2TO*
RND50: *SC in next 5 ST, SC2TO*
RND51: *SC in next 4 ST, SC2TO*
RND52: *SC in next 3 ST, SC2TO*
At this point add the collar around the body up to the neck, otherwise it will not fit around the body, or head.
Also, add the last button on the body with an x pattern stitched in the button!
Add remainder of stuffing
RND53: *SC in next 2 ST, SC2TO*
RND54: *SC in next ST, SC2TO*
RND55: SC2TO, in remainder of ST in the row
Fasten off leaving a tail for sewing in the ends
Sew the hole clothes by weaving through the ST
Sew the limbs and you're finished!!
I added my limbs right at the bottom of the counter
